e3 Champion: Setting an Example for the Associa Family

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Rebecca Vorsteg who received the following email from one of Greg's board presidents: As our November meeting is about to take place (tonight), I wanted to drop you a line just to let you know how pleased I am with Greg Stergin. I am confident our board agrees. Thank you for guiding him to us. Greg has brought a wealth of experience  to the board -which is evident in how he prepares, communicates and delivers. I welcome his vision and planning, as well as his attention to detail. He is meticulous, responsive and on top of things. His confidence is evident by the fact that he is not afraid to ask questions, nor to challenge. He participates well in discussions and deliberations –always listening, always guiding. I also admire his sensitivity to people and overall compassion. We are grateful to have him collaborating with us and, I would say, you are also blessed to count among your managers someone of his expertise, professionalism and integrity. He is the kind of person who helps makes his employer look good. Greg, thank you for setting an excellent example for the Associa family.
