2022 September 5 Star Champion: Nancy Lopez

Nomination by Tera Galluppi: Our branch is constantly evolving and implementing new procedures to grow with our clients demands. Many of these processes relate directly to client financials. Nancy is always there to adapt and do everything that she can to roll with the punches. Recently, our branch reached out to Nancy asking her to coordinate with her team to attempt to meet new (very ambitious, to say the least) deadlines for delivery of our client financials. Nancy immediately stopped her day to hop on a call with our key team members and coordinated with her team to implement our requests. Nancy has accepted full responsibility of carrying out this task to the extent of following up on items needed before our team could even reach out to the appropriate staff accountant!

Nancy and her team are truly invaluable to our branch accounting team and to our client growth! Without her leadership qualities, adaptability, and AMAZING communication and relationship skills, I can honestly say, we would be 10-steps back! Thank you SO much, Nancy!
