2022 September 5 Star Champion: LaShonda King

Nomination by Sarah Clausen: LaShonda has only been a member of the Associa family and she has already made a huge positive impact. As a member of the implementation team, Shonda’s role requires her to be very hands on and aware of all the moving parts when it comes to transitioning branches into the CSSC, Community Archives, and more. She always takes the time to fully understand a process and comes to the table with great ideas. Go-lives require a lot of preparation, and Shonda has done an incredible job immersing herself and learning which team members handle which tasks. She isn’t afraid to ask questions and has a great rapport with her equally awesome supervisor, Anthony Vitrano.
