e3 Champion: Making Each Day a Great One

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Renee Hunt: Amanda is the service coordinator for our AOC team, however, that’s not all she does for this office. Amanda also co-chairs our Heart & Soul committee, has taken the reigns on the great give back events over the last two years and led our office in the installation of our family tree. Amanda makes sure that her clients, technicians and colleagues always feel appreciated, respected and understood. Amanda does not view her colleagues as anything less than family, always going above and beyond in every way possible. Whether that’s done by checking in to see how your day is going, dropping some candy by your desk because you look like you could use a pick me up, or stopping to grab you a breakfast sandwich on the way into work because she knows you had a late board meeting the night before. Her loyalty to Associa HRW and Associa OnCall is insurmountable! I always feel confident in referring my board members to the AOC team because I know she will take care of them from start to finish. Working with Amanda's upbeat personality and can do attitude makes each day a great one! Thank you, Amanda, for serving our clients and our Associa family so well!
