2022 November 5 Star Champion: Dorothy Moggach, John Morielli, Lynda Narducci

Each month we feature five winners and connect their stories to the 5 Star principle they best represent. 

Nomination by Brad Wells: This is an on-site management team that serves a large townhome community that includes 11 condominium corporations, over 650 units, an active clubhouse and many committees and clubs.  Please see this client email below praising the work of John, Dorothy and Lynda. 

Dorothy has exceeded our expectations and still continues to find new ways to streamline the process of doing business within Twenty Place. Then along comes John Morelli, with his expertise in Condo Management and incredible communication skills. He always sends a quick reply and then digs into my issue to find a solution. Last but not least is Lynda who is a computer wiz.  Lynda is fabulous, knows her job, and does it well.

I for one am very thankful that Wilson Blanchard sent us these 3 amazing people to be the management team for Twenty Place. Now that they are at the helm, this is a place I can be proud of.
