Nomination by Sheila Gardener: When I started working at Associa, Evette made sure to get me the help that I needed to become a successful employee. It was helpful having someone with experience and know how offer guidance as I navigated my new role. Her efforts created a domino effect within the company getting me the help that I needed.  Evette really came through proving what it means to be a team player.  It is because of her continued efforts that I have become a more productive employee.
