Employee Spotlight: Rising to Sudden Challenges

Kendra Montri of Associa Kramer-Triad was recently promoted to Community Manager. She had just begun learning the ins and outs of her new positions when her teammate, Vicki Hancock, had to take medical leave. Kendra didn’t panic - she quickly took on the work of 10 more communities. “She stepped right up and handled ongoing projects, the day to day operations, board meetings and annual homeowner meeting while I was gone. She did on wonderful job!”  Vicki says she wasn’t surprised that Kendra stepped up to the plate. "Kendra takes pride in her work and she is always willing to help anyone. She's very professional with our clients.”

Kendra began her management career in Colorado, which shaped the way she serves clients today. “When I was in Colorado, I worked in high-end resort property management for a ski resort. I served high-end clients which helped cultivate my client communication skills.” She’s glad she joined the Associa family, and cites the close knit ties with co-workers as the best part of her job. She’s proud to be a member of her team. “Kramer-Triad recently hosted a Vendor Appreciation Day, all three offices came together to pull off a flawless event.”

When she’s not busy dazzling clients, Kendra enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, attending music festivals, and spending time with her German Shorthair Pointed, Bill. She is a valued member of the Associa family, and we look forward to watching her continue to grow.
