e3 Champion: Improving Branch Efficiency

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Vincent Oliva (Associa Nevada South): Terence consistently impresses our team with his communication and commitment to our branch. Each day upon arriving to the office Terence has already reviewed all of our branch's invoices and advised if there are items that require backup, GL activations, or if there are invoices that need to be assigned to Associations which cannot be deciphered. Terence’s efforts say a lot about his time management skills and organization, he has made our branch more efficient in serving our clients as a result. I truly appreciate working with such a friendly and detail-oriented individual.
