Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Christi Schmidt: I have worked with Faith for many years. Since joining the Associa family, she has continuously exemplified loyalty and dedication to the company and our clients. Faith plays an integral role in planning and executing the annual Leadership Summit and Sales Rally - while managing numerous other projects. Faith works closely with branches during the integration process as they join the Associa family, working as the liaison to assist new branches in getting engaged with all Home Office departments. In high-pressure situations, she remains calm and is always willing to lend a hand to support the Associa family. No matter what project she’s working on or department she’s working with, Faith always goes above and beyond. She genuinely cares for Associa, our team members and does everything with integrity. She is THE definition of an e3 Champion!
