e3 Champion: Dedication to the Associa Family

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Michelle Boeck: Ron is the first person you see when you walk into our office at Cities Management. He always has a smile on his face and greets everyone with warmth and genuine compassion. Ron is also first person to help with any equipment issues and he goes above and beyond in everything he does and gives his whole heart to every project. At our blood drive earlier this month, not only did Ron donate blood but he made sure the room was clear and put up fliers throughout the office to promote the event. This week Ron has been working hard organizing cables, phone lines and Ethernet cords in an effort to assist with a major re-organization of our manager workspace. This is just one example of how Ron goes above and beyond his duties to ensure our managers have an efficient workspace and therefore can provide better service to our clients.
