Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Nicole Bates: Ed was recently onsite at a branch office providing systems training as part of an important transition. While there, Ed's team member was injured. Not only did Ed ensure his team member received the proper medical care, he also covered this team member's trainings to ensure the branch was prepared to utilize their new technology and complete their daily tasks. Ed's focus was truly on making sure the branch employees were successful while also ensuring his team member was taken care of. This is just one example of how Ed works hard to support our team members and clients. Thank you Ed for your dedication to the education and well-being of the Associa family.
