5 Star Champion: Paula Ritter

Nominated by Mary Francis: Paula is the CAS for our branch. She is the embodiment of a 5 Star Champion. Paula has completed the UP Leadership program and has put it to use with her team. Even though she may be really busy with financials, she always finds time to help homeowners, board members, and co-workers. As a new CAM I am always asking Paula questions on financials.
She explains the issue in a manner I can understand, as a non-financial person. She shows you where you can find the answers and never complains. She also holds financial training several times a year.
