2022 August 5 Star Champion: Heather Caban

Nominated by T.J. Evans (Associa Gulf Coast): Community Association Manager, Heather Caban, is a consummate professional who goes above and beyond the Board of Directors’ expectations to support them, as described in the testimonials included in this nomination. Heather and her onsite team manage a community comprised of three associations. Despite the large size of the community, Heather has strengthened Associa’s relationship with the associations board members, residents, and vendors.  The positive nature of this relationship has created an ideal family dynamic that is healthy and supportive, an integral value of our Associa family.  

Board Vice President: I am writing this review for Heather Caban. I am the V.P. of our Patio HOA and I cannot give Heather enough praise for the job she does here. She is on top of every situation and makes my job as a board member MUCH easier. I am the board member who usually receives complaints from our residents, and I have NEVER gotten a call complaining about Heather. She is always very professional and courteous to our residents and they all love her. Associa should be very proud of having her on their staff. We certainly are!
