2022 May 5 Star Champion: Robbin Sacharoff

Each month we feature five winners and connect their stories to the 5 Star principle they best represent. 

Nomination by Jackie Thermidor: Robbin has been with our team for less than a year and made an immediate positive impact on the associations she serves. Most recently, a Whippany Crossing Board Member recognized Robbin for her leadership and excellent performance as their manager. Beth Fischer wrote:

Robbin has been our Associa Community Management representative since October 2021. David Ramsey, our HOA President and one of the most knowledgeable condominium association attorneys in the U.S., specifically requested Robbin Sacharoff as our community manager. His confidence in Robbin’s work and reputation was immediately demonstrated by her performance. Just within our short time partnering with Robbin, her actions speak volumes while affirming her excellent reputation.

In this era of COVID, supply channel hold ups and worker shortages, Robbin has demonstrated responsiveness to immediate needs (roof leaks, snow removal and winter damages) with speed and thoroughness. She manages a good relationship with her vendors and communicates with clarity and expectations of action and delivery. When visiting the community, she is quickly gaining additional insight into the landscape and building needs.

As a relatively new condo complex, we appreciate her working knowledge and experience with other condominium communities to assist us with our current plans and future visions. We look forward to meeting Robbin face-to-face this Spring at our end of month meeting. It is a pleasure having Robbin as part of our team. With her excellent professional attitude and management skills, we look forward to a long and successful working relationship.
