Nomination by Jeff Hayward: Having worked with Rosie Tinoco, Staff Accountant, for the past few years, I have watched her grow in her skill set as someone who is eager to get the right answers to the tough problems.  Being onsite and away from the rest of the team, Rosie has become a valuable resource for me.  She ensures that my association’s financial information is detailed and accurate.  She works well with Tim Allen at the CSSC, and they both have been extraordinarily responsive to the needs of this community.
