2022 July 5 Star Champion: Olivia Warner

Nomination by Paul Nixon: Olivia Warner joined the Associa Hawaii team in March as a Customer Service Associate (CSA).  Even though she is very new, she has made a huge impact on my transition into the Community Manager role.  She communicates effectively, often, and always with a positive attitude!  Olivia is always ready to roll her sleeves up, get to work, and get the job done.  Her interactions with clients consistently result in positive outcomes and reduce the workload and stress for her team.  Olivia has proven to be a highly valued team member with extraordinary potential.  All of the CSAs at Associa Hawaii are outstanding. Olivia has truly embraced the 5-Star mindset.
