2022 August 5 Star Champion: Greg Smith

Blair (MRCM): We had the privilege of Greg, once again, visiting the Great White North to conduct Leadership Training seminars.  Although Greg’s consistent training emails and reminders have been of great assistance these past few years of covid restrictions, to have his unique and engaging training style presented live and interactive has been exceptionally rewarding and beneficial, and dare I say, refreshing. Nothing is better than personal contact as we have all come to learn.
 
The open and lively discussions he promotes are rewarding and beneficial.  What I found this time around with new leadership candidates attending is how they benefited most from Greg’s positive and interactive methods. The role playing Greg promoted definitely allowed these new candidates to experience trial and error in a fun and open manner where they were able to tune their skills.
 
Greg’s own experience in our industry gives him great credibility. He gets it, and that is most important.
