2022 April 5 Star Champion: Linda Malbon

Each month we feature five winners and connect their stories to the 5 Star principle they best represent. 

Nomination by Anne-Marie Reischer: I could fill up a book about Linda and how caring, compassionate, dedicated, and hardworking she is.  Linda has been with Evergreen for 18 years and just turned 75 this month.  Linda does not miss a beat.  She is without a doubt a Five Star Maintenance Coordinator, a Five Star friend, and a Five Star employee.  I have the pleasure of being Linda's Director and her dedication and willingness to always help her fellow team members, board members, homeowners and vendors is her biggest strength.  She will never say no to a challenge and handles every situation with professionalism and precision.  With her years of experience, she can assist new managers with maintenance for their properties.  She has gained the trust of so many board members and many other colleagues throughout the years.  Linda works with both her heart and her head, and that is not an easy thing to balance with all that is happening in today’s world.
