Kelly Zibell is the Senior Vice President of Associa Northern California and is responsible for overseeing all Community Management Services, Operations, Escrow and Accounting services. Known for direct communication and a passion for continuous improvement, she focuses her time on educating Homeowner leaders, Realtors and Industry partners to further the profession of Community Association Management. Kelly has been in the industry for over 15 years and has worked in a variety of capacities including rental management, portfolio management, administrative, project management, accounting and executive leadership. Her experiences in the industry at all levels guide her desire to find and educate the next level of leaders in the Community Management Industry. Kelly holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications from Community Associations Institute (CAI) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
